Return & Refund Policy
In case of the item you’ve received is damaged, defective, or wrong you, at 3amir’s discretion, also in case there was missed item from order, may be able to return the item you’ve purchased in the same condition as you received it, in the original box/package, but keep in mind the following conditions where it is difficult for us to boost returns:
Subject to 3amir’s discretion in case-by-case basis.
Return request is made out of the specified timeframe – 3 days from the date of delivery.
The item was used, damaged or not in the same condition as it was delivered.
For hygienic motives, certain items that fall under the cloths category such as (Underwear, Socks, and leggings, swimwear) are non-returnable.
Some goods clearly show that it cannot be retrieved as (books, music albums and software).
You will be responsible for bearing couriering costs for returning the items.
Return& Refund request done by customer service (Dialing 30003). In the event of being granted a return eligibility, your order details will be verified by our call center agents, then the courier will reach you to collect your item within 2 days within Khartoum state. Otherwise, the date of collection items will depend on the address location.
Once we collect your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. Next, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Refund status of your money after product inspection within a specified time period of 2-4 working days.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your ATM card or your Cash Card only.
