Introduction

These terms relate to goods and products supplied to you through our site and should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, which shall also apply.You will be asked to expressly agree to these terms of sale in the stage of registration.
Interpretation
In these terms of sale, “we” means 3amir.com (and “us” and “our” will be construed accordingly); and “you” means our customer or potential customer for products (and “your” will be construed accordingly).
Who can buy from us:
a. You are resident in Sudan.
b. You are at least 15 years of age.
c. The information provided in your order is accurate and complete;
d. You will be able to accept delivery of the products.
3amir.com sells products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with our permitted payment methods. If you are under 15, you may use 3amir.com Services only with the involvement of a parent or a guardian.
Order process
In order to place a purchase, you will need to take the following steps:
i. You must add the products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, and then proceed to the checkout;
ii. If you are a new customer, you must then create an account and log in; if you are an existing customer, you must enter your login details;
iii. Once you are logged in, you will have to choose the address details that your order will be shipped to.
iv. You must select your preferred method of payment (either online payment or cash on delivery);
v. In case you chose cash on delivery, you must confirm the invoice details and then your order will be confirmed.
vi. In case you’ve chosen the online payment method, you will be securely transferred to the payment processor [i.e. SyberPay page] and SyberPay will securely handle your card info. However, at this moment, only payment through the available payment tools in Sudan is authorized;
vii. Then the revision of the invoice details will take place to confirm your order placement.
Terms and Conditions update
We will not file a copy of these terms of conditions specifically in relation to your order. We may update the version of these terms of sale on the website from time to time, and we do not guarantee that the version you have agreed to will remain accessible. However, you will be notified of any updates.
Price and payment
Prices for the goods and products are quoted on our website. The prices are listed by the merchants.
Prices can be reviewed before shipping the products. In case of any update in prices, 3amir.com will notify you, and will send you an invoice with the updated price. The Shipment process will take place upon your confirmation.
In addition to the price of the products, you will have to pay a delivery charge, which will be stated when you order the product.
Payment must be made upon the submission of your order via SyberPay in case you prefer using the online payment method, or upon the delivery of the product to you in case of choosing the cash on delivery payment method. We may withhold the products and/or cancel the order if the price is not received from you in full cleared funds.
The prices on the website may exclusive/inclusive upon regulations.
Payment for all products must be made by any method detailed on the website from time to time.
Prices for products are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders which have come into force.
Delivery Policy
We will arrange for the products to be delivered to the address for delivery indicated in your order.
For delivering items inside Khartoum state, we will use reasonable endeavors to deliver products within 48 hours after the order confirmation. Otherwise, the delivery date will be dependent on your Address Location. We do however guarantee that unless there are exceptional circumstances all deliveries of products will be dispatched within 30 days of the later of order confirmation.
*We will only deliver products within Sudan.
The following scenarios are the cases that should be considered:
1. In case of the courier failed finding the customer in person (or any authorized recipient), the courier would withhold the item and come again later.
2. In addition to the original delivery costs, you will have to pay the delivery costs for the third trip. Order will be canceled if the customer missed the courier for the third time.
Reasons for Undeliverable Packages
1. Incorrect address.
2. Secure location wasn’t found to drop off the item.
3. Failed delivery attempts (up to 3 attempts).
4. Damaged During Transit.
5. Refuse by Recipient.
Risk and ownership
The products will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the products will only pass to you upon the later of:
a. Delivery of the products; and
b. Receipt by us of full payment of all sums (including delivery charges).
* In case of online payment, we will be entitled to receive payment for the products even where ownership has not passed to you.
*You can assign someone to receive the item on behalf of you. You will be requested to provide their information (i.e. full name, National ID).
Legal rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights (including your right to receive a refund in respect of any defective product we sell to you). Please refer to our Return and Refund policy.
REVIEWS & COMMENTS
You are free to post reviews or comments, and submit suggestions, ideas, questions, or other information. Unless the content is illegal, offensive, frightening, insulting, intrusive of privacy, trespassing intellectual property rights, or otherwise harmful to third parties or unacceptable, and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam”. However, you may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. 3amir.com reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content, but does not regularly review posted content.
If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant 3amir.com a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, fixed, and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, perform, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You grant 3amir.com and sub-licensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify 3amir.com for all claims resulting from content you supply. 3amir.com has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. 3amir.com takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.
Order Cancelation
Canceling a purchase on 3amir.com is allowed, as long as the product is not picked up from the merchant’s/3amir.com’s warehouse.
Order cancelation process is mainly done through our call center. However, multiple cancellations may result in some sort of blacklisting – i.e. dis-optioning cash payment method.
